Shelli Dowty is a proud Cotillion Social board member with a personal connection to the tradition that makes her involvement especially meaningful. Originally from Tunica, Shelli grew up experiencing Cotillion herself and understands firsthand the lasting impact it can have on young people.

Now, watching her own daughter experience Cotillion and learn the values of confidence, character, respect, and social grace has made serving on the board a natural fit. A devoted wife and mother, Shelli values family and finds joy in giving her time to support and encourage others. She is honored to help continue a tradition that invests in young people and strengthens families and communities.
